Bulk creation: More fields

Problem:
The current implementation for Bulk creation via CSV lacks a lot of necessary fields to be usable.

Request
Expand the CSV format with the following fields:

A) Critical fields

  • Domain
  • URI

B) Good to have (since they exist in the UI)

  • All the other fields, really. Because we lose all their purpose if they are only available for manual manipulation.

Note: Not currently having the A) section renders the Bulk feature pretty much useless for us as we aim at very specific URIs under our own domain so we need to go edit each QR manually at the moment... so it's just faster for us to Duplicate and edit those fields manually.
