Visitors can now RSVP directly on the event page — Yes / Maybe / Can't make it — without going to Eventbrite or any external registration link. The whole flow is built in.

What's included:
✅ In-page RSVP form — Visitors confirm Yes / Maybe / Can't make it on the event page itself, enter their name and email, and submit. No external registration platform needed.
✅ Plus-ones support — Let guests bring others. Set your max per response (e.g. +1, +2). The stepper appears only when "Attending" is selected, and the total counts toward your capacity.
✅ Capacity cap — Set a maximum number of total attendees (incl. plus-ones). The form auto-closes the moment the cap is hit, with a clean "Event is at capacity" message.
✅ RSVP deadline — Pick a date and time after which the form closes automatically. Late visitors see a clean "RSVPs are closed" state.
✅ Dietary notes/message — Optional textarea for guests to flag dietary needs or leave a quick note (great for weddings and catered events).
✅ Email alerts on each RSVP — Get a branded email the moment someone responds, with their name, response, attendee count, and any notes. Set the recipient address per event.
✅ Custom thank-you message — Replace the default "See you on the day!" with anything you like — venue address, dress code reminder, parking notes, whatever helps.
✅ Edit own response — Guests can update their RSVP from the same device anytime (e.g., switch from "Maybe" to "Yes"). One-click for them, no organizer intervention.
✅ Organizer dashboard — Open any Event QR's analytics page to find a new RSVPs section with stats cards (Attending / Total Attendees / Maybe / Declined), filter by status, paginated table (10/page), CSV export, and per-row delete.
Existing Event QR codes are not affected — RSVP only kicks in after you enable it. Your external Registration URL flow stays exactly as before.
Try it: Create/Edit any Event QR → Ticketing & Registration section → switch "How visitors sign up" to In-page → configure your options → save. Built for weddings, workshops, training academies, school events, corporate meetups, and any free or invite-only event.
